Our Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is an ethical theory in which individuals are accountable for fulfilling their civic duty, and the actions of an individual must benefit the whole of society. In this way, there must be a balance between economic growth and the welfare of society and the environment.   Our beliefs are advocacy before being a profession, it is a message of truths, justice and rights. From those, we are doing our best to develop this profession which contributes to the development and preservation of society. Thus, our initiatives include:
  1. Publication of (a Quarterly / Annual) legal journal.
  2. In-House Seminars.
  3. Contain newly graduated law students and train them in the origin of the profession.
  4. Pro Bono Cases:
    JALCA provides legal services free of charge in defending such cases of violations against Human Rights, and Child Abuse.
  5. Disseminating information and Defending Human Rights, Child Abuse and Inequality.

Our Attorneys

In JALCA we invest in people, and the quality of our firm is based on the quality of our people. We hire lawyers with a solid academic background, yet other qualities are just as important: intellectual curiosity, diverse backgrounds, and the imagination to deal with new legal issues. Our people share the ambition to deliver the highest quality service and the wish to work within a community of people who respect and co-operate with each other.

In our team, we have lawyers holding MSc & PhD from Law Schools in Switzerland and Sudan, and as a team we collectively possess experiences in practicing law for more than 10 years in various fields of Law.

Not to mention what makes us unique from others, is taking the advantage of our staff’s abilities, makes us capable of providing legal services in 3 different international languages: (Arabic, English, and French).
